Hi, my name is Astrid de Jager. After growing up in Curacao, I studied Musicology in Amsterdam. I worked for several years as a freelance writer and editor of texts about music. As a member of the PR team of Music Center The Netherlands, I helped develop content for the new website, designed and wrote text for flyers and program booklets and coordinated printing matters.

That stopped three years ago, when I decided to move to Bonaire, and become a diving instructor. This website is meant as a portfolio of my writings and designs, as well as a personal blog to keep people back home posted on what’s happening. Most of the texts are written in Dutch, translation will follow in due time.
